崇明城隍庙 道教庙宇。在上海市崇明县。建于明代万历年间(1573—1619)，清乾隆四年(1739)，得拔香火田二顷，乾隆十九年(1754)，重修，后屡灾屡建，清末废圯。

Chongming City God Temple Taoist temple. In Chongming County, Shanghai. Built during the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty (1573-1619), it was given two hectares of land for incense offerings in the fourth year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty (1739). It was rebuilt in the nineteenth year of the Qianlong reign (1754), and was repeatedly rebuilt after repeated disasters. It was abandoned at the end of the Qing Dynasty.
