华亭盟素道院 道教道院。在原上海华亭县东南。据传为元至正年间(1335—340)，天台桐柏宫祝知观创建，至正年间(1341—1368)，道士吴蟾友、王元静重修，明成化五年(1469)再次重修，正德四年(1509)，道士王大经建三清阁，后圮，天启年间(1621—1627)重建，后废。

Huating Mengsu Taoist Temple Taoist temple. Southeast of the former Huating County, Shanghai. It is said that it was founded by Zhizhuan of Tiantai Tongbai Palace during the Zhizheng period of the Yuan Dynasty (1335-340). During the Zhizheng period (1341-1368), Taoist priests Wu Chenyou and Wang Yuanjing repaired it. In the fifth year of the Chenghua reign (1469), it was renovated again. In the fourth year of the Zhengde reign (1509), Taoist priest Wang Dajing built the Sanqing Pavilion, which later fell into disrepair. It was rebuilt during the Tianqi reign (1621-1627) and later abandoned.
