Qixia Temple: A famous Taoist temple from the Yuan Dynasty. It is located near present-day Khovd in Mongolia. Khovd, also known as Jiligran, is a city in western Mongolia, the economic and cultural center, and the capital of Khovd Province. It was built in the 15th year of the reign of the Yuan Dynasty (1220). Qiu Changchun named it “Qixia” to commemorate his hometown of Qixia County. According to Qiu Chuji, he was from Qixia County in Shandong Province. “The Journey to the West of the Eternal Spring Immortal“: ‘The master said, ’... it is advisable to reduce the number of carriages and ride lightly to advance.'” Following his advice, the nine disciples of the monk Song Dao'an, including the monk himself, selected a site for the temple. People came without being called, the strong helped with their strength, the skilled with their skills, and the wealthy with their wealth. The temple was completed in less than a month, with the abbot's quarters in the east, the kitchen in the west, and the living quarters on the left and right. It was named Qixia Temple.”

  栖霞观　元代道教宫观名。在今蒙古科布多附近。科布多，又名吉尔格朗图，蒙古西部城市，经济文化中心，科布多省首府。建于元太祖十五年(1220)。丘长春榜其额“栖霞”，以兹纪念其故乡栖霞县。按丘处机今山东栖霞县人。《长春真人西游记》：“师曰：‘……宜减车从，轻骑以进。"”用其言，留门弟子宋道安辈九人，选地为观。人不召而至，壮者效其力，匠者效其技，富者施其财。圣堂方丈，东厨西庑，左右云房，不一月落成，榜曰栖霞观。”
