吕祖仙院　位于澳门三巴门，建成于 1891年，大门正中石额上；有彖协道人题“吕祖仙院”四个大字，另有石刻对联一副，落款为“奥西吴德靖敬撰，李旭波书丹”。院内尚存光绪十九年(1893年)吴德靖《创建吕祖仙院碑记》，碑中称吕祖“于光绪庚寅(1890年)春元旦花霄，降法于罗浮山朝元洞，以收修士。时有吾师在侧，道号戴宫，乐成美任；……至辛卯(1891年)春，余承师命，下山来澳倡建”。可见澳门的吕祖仙院实传自罗浮山的朝元洞。

Lüzuxianyuan is located at the Ruins of St. Paul's in Macau. It was built in 1891, and on the stone tablet in the middle of the gate are the four characters “Lüzuxianyuan” written by Taoist Tao Xie. There is also a pair of stone couplets, with the inscription “Written by Wu Dejing, respectfully dedicated, and written by Li Xubo.” In the courtyard, there is still a stone tablet inscribed by Wu Dejing in the 19th year of Guangxu (1893), which says that Lv Zu “descended to Luofu Mountain Chaoyuan Cave on the first day of spring in the year of Gengyin (1890) to recruit disciples. At that time, my master was by my side, with the Daoist name Dai Gong, and the name Le Cheng Mei Ren;... In the spring of Xinmao (1891), I received my master's order and came down the mountain to Macau to initiate the construction.” It can be seen that the Lui Tsoi Sin Yuen in Macau was actually passed down from the Chaoyuan Cave in Luofu Mountain.
