答：这是一个有水平的问题，须要身心验证方能见到。一般来说，如果完全入静，眼前出现的是白光，古人云：“虚室生白。”

A: This is a layered question that has to be physically and psychologically verified to be seen. Generally speaking, if you are completely in the stillness, what appears in front of your eyes is white light, and the ancients had the saying that “white is born in the empty room”: “white is born in the empty room”.

但是人的五脏之炁，亦应五色。白色之光，乃属肺炁，炁主于肺，静则炁聚，故为白色。其他心炁为红色，肝炁为青色，脾炁为黄色，肾炁为黑色。随着功夫的变化，都可能有所表现，但是不要管他，这是自然的。

But the Qi of the five human organs should also be five colors. White light is Lung Qi, which is the main qi, and static qi gathers, so it is white. The other heart qi is red, liver qi is green, spleen qi is yellow and kidney qi is black. As kung fu changes, all of these qi may manifest, but don't worry, it's the natural order of things.

如果从功夫的较高层次而论，五脏之炁，会聚于中宫丹田，逐步结成大丹，中宫为脾属土，则其所见之光，乃为黄色。这些都不要管他，功夫只管做去，只要见到光，就要顺其自然，就是正确的做法。

When the kung fu is high, the qi of the five organs will gather in the middle palace dantian and gradually form the great dan, which belongs to the spleen earth, and the light it sees is yellow in color. Don't worry about all this, just do kung fu, as long as you see the light, you have to go with the flow, that's the right way.
