《金刚经》曰：“不可以三十二相见如来。”《圆觉经》曰：“我今此身，四大假合。”《悟真》曰：“阳里阴精质不刚，独修一物转 羸尪 。劳形按影皆非道，服气餐霞总是狂。”又后序云：“今之学人，取铅汞为二气，指脏腑为五行，分心肾为坎离，以肝肺为龙虎，以神气为子母，执津液为铅汞，不识浮沉，宁分主宾，何异认他财为己物，呼别姓为亲儿？”《古仙》云：“莫执此身云是道，此身之外有真身。”此皆言不执色身以为道也。夫修真之道，先天之道。先天之道能以无形化有形，能以无象生实象，能以夺造化，窃阴阳，逆气机，了生死，非同一切在色身上做工夫者可比。色身为四大假合之物，外而眼耳鼻舌口，内而心肝脾肺肾，与夫骨节穴窍，皆是假物，那有一件是真？大限一到，一堆朽骨臭肉。若执此身而修，如何了得性命，出得生死？故老祖云：“吾之所以有大患者，为吾有身，及吾无身，吾有何患？”可知色身为人生之大患。因其是大患，故祖师留 金丹大道 ，教人修持性命，去假保真，脱此大患也。脱去大患，自有无患者存。无患者，真身也。真身又名“法身”，又名“阳神”，此身修成，入水不溺，入火不焚，入金石无碍，阴阳不能铸，造化不能拘，与天地同长久，与日月同光明。修色身者，焉能到此地位？世间糊涂学人，不辨是非真假，乱学冒做，如夜间走路、梦中做事：或摇骨而摆髓，或推前而运后，或折东而补西，或运气撞顶门，或逼精而上脑，或行八段锦以活骨，或运六字诀以提气，或以两肾中间为玄关，或以肾前脐后为黄庭，或以口鼻为玄牝，或以丹田为命根，或以 天谷 为性地，或以心肾为婴儿 姹女 ，或以肝肺为 青龙白虎 ，或吸气过脐轮，至 丹田 为 胎息 ，或运气撞 三关 ，至脑后为 开关 。更有拭目咽津、纳清吐浊、 摸脐勒便 ，等等摆弄作为，不可枚举。皆谓之 执相 ，皆是在 肉皮囊 上做事业， 破插袋 内弄虚头，与先天性命之道，天地悬隔。到的年满月尽，一无所恃，可不伤哉？吾劝真心学道者，速将执相关口打通，把性命二字着实下个工夫，追究出个下落：如何是性？如何是命？性于何处存？命于何处寄？果然将性命二字辨的分明，认的真确。即知性命不在眼耳鼻舌身，不在心肝脾肺肾，不在三百六十骨节，不在四肢百脉血液，别有个无方无所无形无象的秘密物事。不在内，不在外，正在虚无寂寥之境，从此进步，便有着落，不至认假失真，为旁门所误。否则，不知性命是何物，在一身上下乱摸揣，有形有质处乱做作。妄想成道，难矣！

The Diamond Sutra says, “One cannot see Rudra in thirty-two phases.” The Sutra of Perfect Enlightenment says, “This body of mine is a combination of the four great powers.” The Enlightenment Sutra says, “The essence of yang and yin is not rigid, but you can only cultivate one thing and become a small person. It is not the way to labor and press the shadows, but it is always madness to take the qi and eat the sun.” The preface to the book reads, “Today's scholars take lead and mercury as the two gases, refer to the internal organs as the five elements, divide the heart and kidneys into kan and li, take the liver and lungs as the dragons and tigers, take the divine qi as the mother and the son, and take the fluid as the lead and mercury, not knowing whether it floats or sinks, and preferring to separate the master and the guest, so how is it different from recognizing other properties as one's own and calling other names as one's own?” The Ancient Immortals said, “Don't stick to this body as the Way; there is a true body outside of this body.” These all say not to stick to the color of the body as the road also. The way to cultivate the truth is the way of the innate. The way of the innate can be invisible to the visible, can be no image of the real image, can take the creation, steal the yin and yang, against the qi, life and death, not with all the color in the body to do the work of the person can be compared. Color body for the four big fake things, outside the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and mouth, inside the heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys, with the bones and joints of the acupoints, are all fake things, that one is true? Once the end comes, a pile of rotten bones and stinking flesh. If this body and repqi, how to get life, out of life and death? Therefore, the old man cloud: “the reason why I have a big patient, for I have a body, and I do not have a body, I have what trouble?” It can be seen that the color body for the life of the big trouble. Because it is a big trouble, so the master left the jindan Avenue, teaching people to cultivate life, go to the fake to keep the real, to get rid of this big trouble also. Taking off the big trouble, there is no patient to survive. No patient, the true body. The true body, also known as “Dharma body”, also known as “Yang Shen”, this body is completed, into the water does not drown, into the fire does not burn, into the gold and stone without obstacles, Yin and Yang can not be cast, creation can not be detained, and heaven and earth with the long term, with the sun and moon with the light. How can those who cultivate the color body reach this position? The world's confused learners, do not distinguish between right and wrong true and false, chaotic learning to do, such as walking at night, doing things in the dream: or shaking the bone and medulla oblongata, or push the front and transport the back, or folding the east and make up for the west, or the luck of the top of the door, or forcing the essence of the brain, or the line of the eight brocade in order to live the bones, or transport the six-letter word to raise the gas, or the two kidneys for the middle of the Xuan Guan, or to the kidneys in front of the umbilical cord for the Huang Ting, or to the mouth and nose for the Xuan Mai, or the Dantian for the lifeblood, or to the Tian Gu for the nature of the ground, or to the heart The heart and kidneys are the babies and beautiful girls, or the liver and lungs are the blue dragons and white tigers, or the inhalation of breath over the umbilical chakra to the dantian is the fetal breath, or the luck hits the three passes to the back of the head is the switch. There are even such fiddling as wiping the eyes and swallowing the fluids, taking in the clear and spitting out the turbid, touching the umbilicus, and so on, to name but a few. All of them are called “phase-execution”, and they are all doing business on the skin of flesh and making false head in the broken bag, which is separated from the way of the innate nature and destiny, heaven and earth. When the year is over and the moon is over, there will be nothing to rely on. I advise sincere learners, quickly will adhere to the relevant mouth through the two words of life really work, to find out the whereabouts: how is the nature? How is life? Where does nature exist? Where is life? I really recognize the word “life” clearly and accurately. I know that life is not in the eyes, ears, nose, tongue and body, not in the heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys, not in the 360 bones and joints, not in the blood of the limbs and veins, but there is a secret thing that has no side, no shape and no image. Not inside, not outside, in the realm of emptiness and loneliness, from this progress, there will be a landing, not to recognize the false and lose the truth, for the side of the wrong. Otherwise, I do not know what life is, in a body up and down messy speculation, tangible and qualitative place messy work. Delusion to become Taoist, difficult!
